Rational launches ‘combi tandoori’ accessory for SelfCooking Center 100 portions of chicken tikka in just twelve minutes Rational has launched an accessory that allows the SelfCooking Center to mimic the cooking characteristics of a tandoori oven.  Now chefs can easily prepare classic ethnic recipes, such as chicken tikka, in their combi steamer.  The new Tandoori Pan comprises a special rack and a series of locking skewers.
