Williams launches host of new products at Host 23

New blast chiller/freezers are the key product launches from British manufacturer

Williams Refrigeration will showcase its brand new range of blast chiller/freezers at Host 2023. Visitors to stand P24 in Hall 5P will learn about the latest advances to Williams equipment and get a chance to see the company’s new products that will be launched at the show.

The new blast chiller/freezers have been extensively reengineered and offer significant benefits compared to previous models. An innovative re-engineered refrigeration system means they chill and freeze much more quickly than previous models.  As well as saving time, they save a significant amount of energy, while being very green thanks to using a natural hydrocarbon refrigerant. Williams will show the compact WBC10 undercounter model alongside the WBC40, which have capacities of 10kg and 40kg respectively.

Williams is joined on the stand by sister company Falcon FoodService Equipment and another focus will be showing how smart thinking and streamlining kitchen layout and design can save space and time.  Examples include a Williams Chef’s Drawer with Falcon griddle on top; a Fry Station, including freezer drawer and Falcon fryer; two stacked Chef’s Drawers; and the latest slimline Jade counter, the JSC2, a two-door counter with a width of just 500mm.  All of this equipment highlights the way equipment layout can enhance productivity and ergonomics.

A big trend in hospitality is meat ageing and showcasing the meat front of house with carefully controlled temperature and humidity levels.  Williams’ latest MAR (Meat Ageing Refrigerator) will be on show, specially dressed for the occasion in one of the company’s Chameleon vinyl wraps.  The wrap will highlight how front of house units such as the MAR can become even more eye-catching using the company’s Chameleon service.

Taking its inspiration from classic jewellery shop display cases, the Williams JB 600 is sure to create a buzz.  This dazzling, high-end front-of-house refrigerated jewellery box cabinet is designed for holding and displaying cakes.
