Restaurant Show 2018 Stop Press:

FEM shows all-new Vector cooking technology

Super-fast four-in-one oven makes Restaurant debut

Stand UD59, Restaurant Show 2018, Olympia, London, October 1-3

A last minute addition to the Restaurant Show’s line up is the Vector oven, an entirely new cooking appliance that brings multifunctionality to a new level.  It allows chefs to cook four different products, simultaneously and independently, with their own temperature, fan and time settings.   Its ‘Structured Air Technology’ means the oven is super-fast as well as producing brilliant results.

The Vector oven is manufactured in the USA by Alto Shaam and is distributed in the UK by FEM.  It will be spotlighted on stand UD59, where visitors can talk to Vector specialists about its ground-breaking design.

Each chamber in the Vector is entirely independently controlled, with the ‘Structured Air Technology’ delivering a high velocity, vertical airflow from the bottom and top. It produces completely even temperature control, throughout each chamber, and faster cooking results – with no need to rotate or monitor cooking pans.

With ventless operation and no need for a water connection, a Vector oven can be placed virtually anywhere.

There are three models in the Vector range, offering a choice of two, three or four cooking chambers.  The Vector on display at the Restaurant Show is the largest Vector multi-cook oven, the four-chamber VMC-H4H.  It measures just 533mm wide, 993mm deep and 1082mm high.
