CESA one-off will help equipment buyers find new launches and latest energy-saving technologies
Leading catering equipment brands are featured in a special Hotelympia guide designed to help visitors looking for new launches and specific types of appliances, such as energy–saving models.
The CESA New Product Guide includes names like BGL Rieber, Gram, Hobart, Victor, Williams and Winterhalter. As well as listing new models it highlights three characteristics – energy saving, water saving and labour saving – along with each design’s key features and benefits.
Top British manufacturers supply equipment for live cookery competition at this year’s Hotelympia
Falcon Foodservice and Williams Refrigeration will be supplying equipment for Hotelympia’s International Salon Culinaire competition this year.
Salon Culinaire is the largest and most prestigious chef competition programme in the UK. This year’s contest features 80 classes within four categories, and once again celebrates the skills of the UK’s hospitality industry.
For more than ten years, the organisers of the Live Theatre competition have chosen equipment from Falcon and Williams. These are timed cookery challenges, with the added pressure of a live audience watching every move. VIP programme targets key buyers while app puts exhibitors in the know

CESA and Fresh Montgomery, the organisers of Hotelympia, have got together to create a brand new concept – called the VIP Equipment Buyer Programme – that’s designed to get key buyers from foodservice operator groups onto exhibitor stands at the 2016 exhibition. From the buyer’s perspective, it will be like having an exclusive virtual concierge who will help them quickly find the products they want to view. For CESA members, it will help generate visits from targeted VIP buyers at the show.

Hubbard Systems at Hotelympia 2016

The Hubbard Systems stand is set to be the go-to place for product launches, with a host of new icemakers making their Hotelympia debut. Hubbard distributes the market-leading Scotsman range, offering the largest range of models, from compact undercounters to industrial units, and the widest choice of ice, including supercubes, dice, flake, cubelet and nugget.

Winterhalter’s UF Series launch at Hotelympia, ExCel 29th February – 3rd March 2016
The Winterhalter stand, 3540, at Hotelympia 2016 will be full of UK firsts. The UF Series of utensil washers is being launched, giving operators the best results even with the most stubborn baked-on deposits. Meanwhile a major feature of the stand will be two simulator cabins that visitors enter to fully appreciate the effects of the Climate Plus on the kitchen environment and the workings of the new UF utensil washer. Caffeine Limited’s advanced coffee machines on show at Hotelympia 2016

At Hotelympia 2016, Caffeine Limited will be showing its latest Schaerer bean-to-cup machines with an advanced milk system, which gives operators total control of the texture and temperature of the foam. The new ‘Best Foam’ system delivers the best ever lattes, flat whites and cappuccinos, and other espresso drinks – foaming the milk even better than a barista.
FRIMA shows speed and versatility at Hotelympia 2016, ExCeL London, 29 Feb – 3 March
On stand 3471 FRIMA will be showing the 211+ VarioCooking Center Multificiency. This modern, multifunctional cooking appliance can replace kettles, large pots, bratt pans, fryers and griddles, saving 30% or more space in the kitchen. It’s super-fast too – four times faster than conventional cooking appliances – pans can get from 0 to 200°C in two and a half minutes. For even speedier cooking the 211+ has a pressure cooking feature that can cut cooking times for products such as casseroles, soups and stocks by 50% or more.
Superefficient upright cabinets will be on show

Refrigeration manufacturer Precision will be showing the latest versions of its products at Hotelympia 2016. These make significant increases in energy efficiency, in advance of the new EU directives coming into force. The improvements are so significant that the company is describing these new products as “superefficient”.
