The Induction Cooking Equipment Forum 2011 The inaugural Induction Cooking Equipment Forum will take place on Friday 10 June 2011 at The Park Lane Hotel, London from 09:30 – 14:00. Created by the Catering Equipment Suppliers Association (CESA), in collaboration with the British Hospitality Association (BHA) and Caterer & Hotelkeeper magazine, the new one-day interactive event is a ‘must-attend’ for all industry professionals that use, are associated with, or want to learn more about, induction technology and its benefits.

“We fully support the need to reduce landfill and segregate food waste at source,” says CESA chair Mick Shaddock. “But in their current state, Scotland’s proposed Zero Waste regulations not only add a serious financial burden to Scottish caterers, they also ignore the technologies, already available, that can solve the issues more cheaply and more effectively.”

CFSP accredited to Level 4 by Thames Valley University The Certified Food Service Professional (CFSP) programme has achieved accreditation by Thames Valley University. CFSP is the specialist qualification developed by CESA, the Catering Equipment Suppliers Association.
