Experience the latest warewashing technology at Host 2011, Milan

Winterhalter warewashing technology is explained at Host 2011, Pavilion 5, Booth T16  U21

Winterhalter warewashing technology is explained at Host 2011 Milan

At Host Milan, from 21to 25 October 2011, Winterhalter will set up an interactive stand where visitors can get an understanding of how the company’s innovative machine technology, cleaning products, water treatment and accessories impact on warewashing results.

In a specially designed interactive glass washing area Winterhalter will be showing which factors are important to achieve brilliantly sparkling and hygienically clean glasses. Visitors will be able to see working demonstrations of UC Series glasswashers to highlight the effects of different water qualities on washed glasses. A hygiene test will illustrate the level of germs on glasses, especially after polishing with a cloth.

A camera installed in a UC Series machine lets visitors see right inside the washing process, showing exactly how Winterhalter’s VarioPower feature works. VarioPower controls the water pressure to suit items being washed so delicate wine glasses get just as clean with a low pressure wash as robust beer mugs with a high pressure wash.

There will also be an interactive area featuring the MT series multi-tank conveyor dishwashers, showing the action of the contents-controlled zone.  The zone controllers automatically switch power on or off, depending on whether they are any items to be washed. This saves energy, water and chemicals.

The stand also highlights the MT Series’ lined, deep-drawn hygienic doors. These doors, with smooth inner surfaces, make it impossible for dirt and bacteria to collect. A special feature of Winterhalter doors is that they can be swivelled by 180° enabling simple manual cleaning of the inner surfaces.

Winterhalter provides a total solution for warewashing, from pre-sales advice to after-sales service, training and maintenance.  Alongside its market-leading dish and glasswashers, the company’s range includes utensil washers, advanced water treatment machines, cleaning chemicals and detergents.  For further details, call Winterhalter on 01908 359000, see www.winterhalter.com/uk-en/, or www.winterhalter-scout.biz or email info@winterhalter.co.uk.
