FEM launches latest buffet and service trolleys from Pujadas
FEM has launched a range of buffet trolleys that combine flair with flexibility, giving end users a simple way to create a complete, elegant food station. The trolleys are ideal for all types of buffet operations, from breakfast to event catering. What’s more, they can be wheeled away when not in use, so that the space can be used for other purposes.
Manufactured in Spain by Pujadas, the Buffet Trolleys’ chic design features wood and matt black carbon steel giving a sleek, modern aesthetic. The solid wood counter has a hard-wearing formica coating that’s resistant to heat and humidity. The handle and castors make the trolleys easy to manoeuvre, while the efficient brakes ensure stability during service.
Flexibility is the key to the trolleys’ concept. The simple anchoring system makes them easy to assemble and they feature multiple shelves and spaces that are compatible with GN sizes. The two central shelves have a sloping rear hook, so they can be presented flat or at an angle.
For maximum display there’s an optional top module that optimises space by adding a sloping shelf. It’s supplied with three wooden 1/2 GN boxes and two 1/1 GN wire baskets. End-users can further customise their buffet display with a range of accessories that includes a wooden shelf, an extra handle and a bottle rack.
The Buffet Trolleys measure 1240mm wide by 500mm deep and 880mm high, rising to 1500mm with the optional top module.
Alongside the Buffet Trolleys, FEM has launched Pujadas’ latest range of Service Trolleys, which also feature the stylish matt black steel and wood construction, the durable formica coating, the easy assembly system and the highly manoeuvrable castors with brakes. These trolleys come with a solid wood worktop and one or two shelves, which can be flat or inclined. This versatility makes them equally suitable for work and presentation. They measure 900mm wide by 500mm deep and 880mm high.
