FreshPro CamRound storage system makes creating a bespoke ingredient storage solution easy.
Foodservice Equipment Marketing (FEM) is now stocking the FreshPro CamRound range of storage containers from Cambro.
Designed to provide a simple and practical solution for storing, transporting and handling a wide variety of ingredients, the FreshPro CamRound range is manufactured from translucent, food-safe, BPA-free polypropylene. Available in a range of sizes, the containers combine a circular body with a square top, making them fully compatible with the FreshPro seal covers used across the FreshPro CamSquare range for even greater storage flexibility.
The unique combination of a round body and square top offers practical advantages for busy kitchens. The round shape makes it easy to pour liquids into other containers, while the curved walls are ideal for whisking, mixing or folding ingredients directly in the container.
The range also includes innovative round drain shelves that help extend the shelf life of ingredients such as chopped vegetables and fruit by up to two days by lifting them clear of any residual liquid. Both the seal covers and drain shelves are colour-coded to match the container graduations, taking the guesswork out of matching lids, shelves and containers – an important benefit for fast-paced kitchens.
The durable polypropylene is suitable for temperatures ranging from -40°C to 85°C, allowing the containers to move seamlessly from freezer storage to the preparation area. Integrated moulded handles make them easy to carry, while the FreshPro CamRounds are stackable to maximise storage space when not in use. Their unique design also allows them to stack with the Cambro FreshPro CamSquare containers for even greater flexibility. They are also dishwasher safe for quick and easy cleaning.
The FreshPro CamRound range is available in capacities from 1.9 litres to 20.8 litres. For added versatility, the range also includes the pail with bail models. These three larger containers feature a sturdy wire bail handle, making it easier to transport heavy ingredients such as liquids, beverages and ice while providing greater control when pouring.
