New roles and new staff will help FEM to take customer support to the next level
FEM has announced the promotion of the current Northern Regional Sales Manager, Kieron Baker, to National Account Manager, as well as the appointment of the new Northern RSM, Hannah Ainley.
Kieron’s new role starts almost exactly two years after he joined FEM. He previously worked for Lincat Ltd and Victor Manufacturing, where he gained considerable experience of the foodservice equipment industry. He will be working alongside Bryan Emmerton in a newly created additional national account role.
Hannah has similarly broad experience of the foodservice equipment sector and the needs of end users. She has previously worked at Williams Refrigeration and Lincat Ltd in similar roles, and prior to that worked at distributors like Brakes Catering and Alliance. Outside of work Hannah enjoys cooking and discovering new foods, walking her cocker spaniel Alfie and travelling.
“I’m looking forward to the challenge of getting to grips with FEM’s vast product lines, meeting customers and demonstrating the benefits our equipment can deliver,” she says. “It’s very exciting to join such a dynamic, forward-thinking company and to be working alongside a great team.”
“Since joining FEM Kieron has proven his mettle, and he is going to be a huge asset to our existing and future national accounts,” says Mike Inwood, sales director of FEM. “Similarly, we are thrilled to have someone with Hannah’s depth of experience and knowledge join us.”
