Gadgets, Gizmos and Great Ideas for Chefs: The CESA Light Equipment & Tableware Forum 2013

PLUS: seminars on the UK Foodservice Market 2013 and Health & Safety

The CESA Light Equipment and Tableware (LET) Forum is the annual CESA's Tableware and Light Equipment Forum 2013 is at the Daventry Hotel on April 24opportunity for distributors and end-users to check out the very latest commercial kitchen products.

The 2013 event, at the Daventry Hotel on 24th April, will feature a huge variety, ranging from new food display systems and the latest chef’s knives to induction hobs and designer tableware.  Attendees have the opportunity to talk to suppliers, see demonstrations and get practical ‘hands on’ experience of the gadgets and gizmos that will enliven foodservice kitchens in the coming years. 

The Forum is followed a day later by three free-to-attend seminars.  The first two, presented by Emma Read of Horizons and CESA consultant Doug Fryett, will give overviews of the UK Foodservice Industry in 2013, looking at trends, dynamics and growth areas.  The third, run by chartered safety and health practitioner Tony Brent, is a 15 minute sprint through health and safety, specifically designed to help distributors understand their customers’ issues in relation to PUWER, COSHH and FFI.

“We are very lucky to have secured three of the industry’s leading analysts for this event,” says Stephen Goodliff, chair of the CESA LET Group.  “They will give attendees a real insight into customers’ needs in 2013 and beyond.”

All those involved in buying equipment or selling it to operators within the commercial catering market are welcome to attend, for free, but spaces have to be pre-booked for both the Forum and the seminars.  The Forum lasts from 9.30am until 4.30pm and includes a free lunch.  The seminars take place in the morning of 25th April.  All are at the Daventry Hotel.
