Samsung Professional Appliances will exhibit Samsung’s updated range of commercial microwave ovens alongside new laundry equipment, designed for the catering market, and new specialist wine coolers.

Several of Samsung’s commercial microwaves ovens have been relaunched and will be on display for the first time at Host. They include the new CM1079 SnackMate, Samsung’s light duty commercial model. It has fully stainless steel construction, 1100 watts power output and improved controls. At the other end of the range is the super-heavy duty CM1929, the latest version of which features a new fascia and control panel. All Samsung commercial microwave ovens are now backed by a three year parts and labour warranty.
Bubble technology for new energy-saving laundry equipment aimed at catering market
The latest laundry equipment range from Samsung features ‘Eco Bubble’ technology that is claimed to use up to 70% less energy than conventional washers. The Eco Bubble system generates bubbles by dissolving detergent in air and water before the wash cycle begins. The perfectly-dissolved detergent penetrates fabric more quickly, evenly and deeply, which means operators can wash with cold water and still achieve perfectly clean results. In tests, the machines achieved just as good results at 15C as conventional laundry equipment achieves at 40C.
Samsung’s laundry models are light-commercial designs, aimed at caterers, hoteliers and restaurateurs. There are two machines in the range, a washer and a dryer, both with capacities of 14kg.
Wine-conditioning coolers mimic cellar conditions
Samsung will launch new wine coolers which mimic the ideal conditions of a cellar. The multi-temperature control means that one cooler can store red, white and sparkling wines at their ideal temperatures, all at the same time. There is also an optional humidity control.
The stylish designs are ideal for front of house and back of bar, while the glass doors have UV protection to prevent wine spoiling. The largest unit will store up to 52 bottles.
