Samsung has appointed Uropa Distribution as sole UK distributor for its commercial microwave ovens. Uropa will supply the brand’s full range of models, along with a comprehensive stock of spare parts, and will also take over existing servicing and warranty commitments for Samsung commercial microwave ovens from the previous distributor, Apuro. Uropa will also be responsible for distribution of Samsung commercial microwaves in Europe and the Middle East.
The Uropa portfolio features some of the market’s leading commercial catering brands. Alongside Samsung these include KitchenAid mixers and toasters; Ital food preparation equipment; Lec refrigeration; and the Burco range of boilers, urns and catering equipment.
"Uropa has been structured to ensure we can give customers a fast, efficient service and the most competitive price point," says David Watts, director. "That means a reliable supply of products and spares, ex stock. We are currently reviewing several major commercial catering brands and plan to add new lines to the Uropa portfolio in the near future."
