Kebab accessory for the SelfCookingCenter® whitefficiency® combi steamer Rational has launched an accessory that allows the SelfCookingCenter whitefficiency to mimic the cooking characteristics of a tandoori oven.  The new Rational grill and tandoori skewers make it easy for chefs to prepare and cook classic ethnic kebab-type dishes, such as tandoori chicken or chicken tikka, in their combi steamer.
