Hoveton Hall artists join forces to raise funds for East Anglian Air Ambulance

Artist and stroke victim Gary Saunders shows new work at Hoveton Hall Gardens Sculpture Trail Gary Saunders, one of the artists involved in the Hoveton Hall Gardens Sculpture Trail, recently suffered a major stroke that nearly killed him. He was airlifted from his home to the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital, and he and his wife believe it was the rapid response of the Air Ambulance that saved his life. Hoveton Hall Gardens Guided Tours: What to see in June Hoveton Hall Gardens will be holding a guided wildlife tour on Wednesday 20th June 2012.  The tour will be led by the Garden’s Head Horticulturist, Dr. Stewart Wright. The Gardens are home to a vast range of wildlife and plants, with different areas of the gardens attracting different species.

Over 200 Varieties of Rhododendrons and Azaleas:

Norfolk’s largest collection of rhododendrons is at Hoveton Hall Gardens May and early June are the best times to come and see the collection of rhododendrons and azaleas at Hoveton Hall Gardens. “With over 200 varieties growing here, this is probably the largest collection in Norfolk,” says Hoveton’s head horticulturalist Stewart Wright.
