Wouldn’t you know it … the latest in refrigeration is wood

Precision Refrigeration at The Commercial Kitchen Show, NEC Birmingham 6-7 June 2017

Precision's Retro Refrigeration is at the Commercial Kitchen Show 2017The refrigeration on Precision’s stand, D13, at the Commercial Kitchen Show is all about showing just how stylish refrigeration can look with the right finish. And the finish of the moment is wood – it’s chic, it’s retro and it keeps its cool.

Now Precision’s latest bottle coolers have got the wood treatment for a warm rustic, designer look. However, behind the solid wood doors there’s LED lighting and adjustable perforated stainless steel shelves to accommodate different sizes of bottles or cans. To make life easier for bar staff these new bottle coolers are fitted with Precision’s new maintenance-free condenser. They are solid, reliable pieces of equipment with robust 32oC ambient refrigeration systems.

It’s all about retro on the Precision stand where you can get a close look at the award-winning Retro Refrigeration, which is the epitome of style and function. It takes its inspiration from the fifties and adds the latest energy-efficient components to produce a modern, high-performance refrigerated cabinet that will be the focal point of any bar or kitchen. It’s got big chunky, heavy-duty hinges and large, beefy handles adding to the retro feel.

Retro Refrigeration is a revolutionary concept for those who want stand out refrigeration. There’s nothing else quite like it. The cabinet is not only extremely stylish but it’s eminently practical as well. It has an attractive metal exterior finish with a clear, wipe-clean coating to keep it looking smart at all times. Plus, it’s available in any colour the customer wants – Precision can paint the finish to match a site’s décor if the RAL number is supplied.

For those wanting to show off their refrigerated goods, glass doors are available as an option. Either ribbed glass to emphasis the retro feel, or clear glass for an eye-catching display. Internal LED lighting ensures optimum visibility with minimum energy use. It can even have a separate freezer section in the bottom left hand door.
