FEM launches new Proctor Silex by Hamilton Beach Commercial 66900-UK electric citrus juicer.

FEM is launching the new Proctor Silex 66900-UK electric citrus juicer by Hamilton Beach Commercial which provides freshly squeezed juice in seconds.

An easy way for cafes and snack bars to encourage healthy eating and meet the demand from the health market is to offer pure, freshly squeezed fruit juice. As well as being a premium product and versatile for use in mixed drinks, freshly prepared juice is a particularly good source of vitamins and minerals.

FEM’s new juicer comes with three reamers for lemon/lime, orange and grapefruit, ensuring that the maximum amount of juice is squeezed from the fruit into the 17.78cm diameter juice bowl and strainer. The juicer can also pour directly into cups and pitchers, with a 15.24cm clearance between the spout and removable drip tray.

Its quiet motor makes the juicer perfect for use front-of-house. The heavy-duty, die-cast aluminium housing and reinforced stainless steel reamers are designed to insure the juicer has a long service life, with removable and dishwasher safe parts for ease of cleaning.
