Future kitchen: Falcon offers Host visitors the chance to shape tomorrow’s cooking tech

British manufacturer will unveil new products and prototypes at the show

Stand N23-P24, Pavillion 5, Host 2025, 17-21 October, Fieramilano, Italy

Falcon will offer visitors a ‘sneak peak’ of tomorrow’s kitchen at Host 2025.  On stand will be prototypes of several products due to go into full production in the coming months – they’ll be shown alongside new models including the latest induction hobs and glass top electric ranges, as well as a F900 suited cookline and an electric chargrill.

While details on the new products will be unveiled just before the show, Falcon is hoping Host visitors will take the opportunity to give the company feedback on the prototypes, which will then be incorporated into the final versions.

Falcon sales and marketing director Lawrence Hughes says, “All our new products go through extensive trials in the field, and we take all comments and feedback into account so our NPD team can design the best possible solution for the market.  Host is an opportunity for visitors to see and shape the latest cooking technology.”

Among the new products on display is a new ceramic glass top electric oven range that’s designed to be an easy, cost effective way for operators to move from gas to electric.  Highly efficient elements offer very fast heat up times, while the robust glass top is easy to clean.

One of the hallmark features of the F900 is its patented ‘Dynamic Link System’ (DLS), which creates a virtually seamless join between appliances.  The cookline at Host will demonstrate how the DLS gives the F900 the appearance of a one-piece island suite, with the added flexibility of a modular cookline – and at a much lower cost.  Among the recent F900 launches is a solid top induction model.

Falcon is sharing the stand with sister company Williams Refrigeration.  Together they’ll show how the latest cooking and refrigeration products can be teamed up to create highly efficient chef’s stations.
