Superior, sleek and induction-ready: a huge range of stainless steel pots and pans
FEM has launched Inox First, a new range of stainless steel cookware from Spanish manufacturer Pujadas, offering professional kitchens a comprehensive selection of high-quality pots, pans and casseroles, alongside specialist options including paella pans and stock pots.
Designed specifically for professional catering environments, the induction-ready range combines durability, versatility and efficient heat distribution to deliver consistent cooking performance across induction, gas and electric hobs.
Inox First cookware is made of stainless steel with an encapsulated aluminium core, so it’s tough yet lightweight. The base has a diffuser built in, ensuring fast and even heat transfer, giving chefs the best possible control of cooking results, whether working with induction, gas or electric.
The new cookware is easy to live with. The stainless steel exterior is sleek and ergonomic, making cleaning stress-free. Meanwhile the riveted tubular insulating handles keep staff safe when lifting the pots and pans.
To meet the needs of different types of kitchen and application, there is a huge range to choose from. For example, the twin-handled sauce pots come in six sizes, from 4 to 31.4litres. Similarly, there are two types of frying pan, non-stick and expert, each available in eight different capacities, from 180mm x 50mm to 360mm x 55mm. Both frying pans are equipped with riveted tubular stainless steel handles.
With its combination of professional performance, practical design and extensive choice, Inox First gives chefs a dependable stainless steel cookware solution for everyday service.
