High speed ovens offer ready-made solution for the HORECA sector
HTG Trading has partnered with Kitchen Flow Solutions to promote the Pratica range of high speed ovens to the dealer network working within the HORECA sectors.
The Pratica range is distributed by HTG subsidiary Hubbard Systems. The ovens use a combination of microwave and impingement, which ensures temperature is distributed uniformly throughout the cooking chamber, delivering quality results up to ten times faster than conventional methods. The temperature, air speed and microwave can be adjusted independently, while the touch screen controls offer simple operation.

George says that Kitchen Flow Solutions has the expertise, knowledge and contacts to bring the Pratica range to sites such as hospitals, universities and schools. “Simon has an extensive background in foodservice equipment, having held senior roles with leading manufacturers such as Falcon, Ali Group, and Meiko,” he says. “More recently, he played a key role in establishing the UK subsidiary for Retigo while also driving specification growth for Duke’s ReadyFlex hot holding units and Mychef ovens. He and his team will be a big asset as we grow the Pratica range in the UK.”
