Utopia take the latest trends on tour

Get a first look at some of Utopia’s 500 new launches in a city near you

Utopia Tableware is once again taking its showcase on the road, During February and March Utopia will be visiting cities across the UK giving you the chance to get the first look at the trends and styles that are set to shape tableware in 2024.

With more than 500 new lines being added to its roster in Spring 2024 this is one of Utopia’s biggest product launches ever. Covering ceramics, glassware, plastics and barware they include brand new concepts to match the latest aesthetic trends in colour, finish and form.  They aim to provide inspiration for bars and restaurants looking to create that elusive point of difference that great tableware and barware can provide.

Among the highlights is Nammos, a new tableware collection.  Exemplifying the latest white / off white trend, its hint of colour and scalloped form adding an ingenious nuance to food presentation.   In contrast, Oregon combines a raw pottery outside, which spills in a wave into the inside edge, with a soft, pastel glaze interior, which in turn spills onto the exterior.  This crossover creates a dynamic presentation that offers a real point of difference.

For contemporary looks, Vintage Steel collection features a striking burnished steel look across seventeen pieces including oval dishes, mini sauce pans, a mini frying pan, dishes and bowls, casseroles, chip mugs, trays and ramekins.

In glassware, Utopia’s new Singapore is one of several new designs, bringing a showstopping variation to the classic Hiball and Old Fashioned tumblers.  It features crisp vertical lines that blur the contents mysteriously while adding an agreeably tactile presence to the serve.

The company is also extending its range of eco-friendly disposable cutlery.  Providing a sustainable alternative to plastic cutlery are Utopia’s Agave and Sugarcane collections, both of which are manufactured from natural ingredients sourced from byproducts of other industries.  As well as being green, they are robust and functional.

Utopia will also be launching a host of bespoke lines from aged copper ice buckets and vintage glass carafes to olive wood steak knives and seafood towers, as well as its ranges of cordless LED lamps.

“Utopia always aims to bring innovative new designs to the market but this year we have raised the bar,” says Josh Rammell, Utopia’s marketing manager. “We’re looking forward to taking our innovative new ranges out on the road and demonstrating what a difference they can make to your service.”
