Caffeine Limited is now supplying the Dual ThermoFresh brewer from Bunn. This is ideal for businesses that want to serve large amounts of high quality brewed coffee.

A world away from traditional coffee brewers, the unit features powerful Digital Brewer Control technology that allows users to select fully customisable coffee recipes. The coffee extraction process is automatic and features pre-infusion, digital temperature control and programmable pulse brewing that allows for precise control over the strength of the coffee produced. The two groups can be set independently, allowing for different brews to be offered. Simple push button controls make it easy to operate by staff at any level of skill.

Once the coffee has been brewed it is automatically transferred to the ThermoFresh servers for storage. An integrated splash guard prevents risk to staff, and the ThermoFresh servers feature an integrated spout dispenser.

Brewed coffee has undergone something of a resurgence in popularity in recent years.  This despite machine-made brewed coffee having a reputation for low quality, often due to the use of warming plates to keep coffee warm, which can cause a bitter taste if left too long.

The Bunn Dual TF uses vacuum insulated ThermoFresh servers that hold the coffee at the optimum temperature for hours. This both reduces energy consumption, compared to warm plates, as well as preserving the desired flavour profile. The servers each have a capacity of 5.7 litres, while the machine can brew up to 71.5 litres an hour – over 300 cups. This makes it the ideal choice for businesses with high customer traffic looking to keep up with demand.

Made from hard wearing stainless steel, the Dual TF has dimensions of just 552mm (w), 515mm (d) and 907mm (h).
