The Gem Multideck range offers a choice of stainless steel colour finishes, to suit customer décor, and internal LED lighting to create an enticing display. Sliding front doors and rear loading doors are available for improved efficiency, and impulse snack baskets offer enhanced retail opportunities. Thermostatically controlled forced-air refrigeration ensures an even distribution of temperature, keeping produce fresh. Optional locking night blinds keep foodstuff safe during non-selling periods.
Back-of-house, Williams Jade refrigerated cabinets feature the latest in ‘cool smart’ technology so food can be stored safely even in high ambient temperatures of 43°C. Built for durability and ease of use, they feature radiused corners, fully removable shelf supports and easy to clean coated shelving. Non-marking, low-level swivel and brake castors mean they can be rolled into position and moved for cleaning.
