Book early for CESA’s biggest ever Light Equipment & Tableware Forum; free 4 star accommodation and awards dinner for delegates

SONY DSCLeading foodservice distributors, consultants and buyers will be making a beeline for Whittlebury Hall, Northamptonshire, on March 25 and 26. There they’ll be able to see, touch and discuss the very latest kitchen gadgets, food display ideas, food prep technologies and tableware concepts with many of the industry’s leading suppliers.

They’ll be attending CESA’s Light Equipment and Tableware Forum and this year, for the first time, it’s spread over two days, in order to accommodate demand for this popular annual event.   Organised by CESA, the Forum is held in association with CEDA, CEDABOND and ENSE.

“The Forum is the best way for chefs, buyers and distributors to cast their eyes over the runners and riders in the race to the next ‘big idea’ in foodservice kitchens,” says Stephen Goodliff, chair of CESA’s Light Equipment & Tableware Group. “This year we are expecting more exhibitors than ever, and delegate bookings are very encouraging – we already had five distributor companies confirmed before we officially launched the event!”

Many delegates come back year after year. “It’s a great use of our time” says Steve Wooldridge of Nisbets. “Our customers often ask us what’s new – coming here gives us the answers.”

The format of the event allows delegates to get an understanding of new products and ideas. “There’s a lot to take in, but I love the 30 minute time slots we get with each exhibitor company– it’s enough to really get a handle on things,” says Stephanie Wright of Bunzl Lockhart.

As the event lasts two days, CESA has arranged for free overnight accommodation, dinner and lunches at the 4 star Whittlebury Hall Hotel for delegates. The evening dinner is an awards event, where they will be able to network with fellow industry professionals. During the evening, winners of the Sales Professional of the Year, the Distributor Cup and the Donald Bird Award will be announced. There will also be entertainment.

Confirmed exhibitors include Catering Equipment Limited, Contacto, DRH, Elia, FEM, Gilberts, i Grunwerg; Haus, Metcalfe, Mitchell & Cooper, Nevilles, Row & Sons, Signature, T&G, and Testo.
