Foodservice Equipment Marketing Expands Team with New Sales Manager
Foodservice Equipment Marketing Ltd (FEM) has expanded its successful team with the appointment of Simon Bennett as Sales Manager. Well known in the catering industry and with a wealth of experience behind him, Simon’s primary role will be to develop and promote FEM’s range of products through key national chain accounts and provide support to distributor partners.
Bennett is a highly experienced salesperson with specialist knowledge of the foodservice industry. He has previously worked with some of the sector’s leading companies, including twelve years at Global Foodservice Equipment Ltd and four years at Lockhart Catering Equipment.
“FEM has always worked with top quality equipment brands and having spent sixteen years as a customer I have experienced how important this is, enabling me to now provide the service and support distributors and customers require,” says Simon.
FEM has established partnership agreements with many of the industry’s top brands in both smallwares and equipment, including Alto-Shaam, Vollrath, Manitowoc Ice, Cambro, Sirman, Prince Castle, San Jamar and Hamilton Beach. This portfolio means that FEM have a large range of products and equipment, from kitchen utensils to cooking equipment.
“Simon brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience. He will be a great asset to FEM and will allow us to increase our presence with national accounts through our distributor partners,” says Jim Doherty, Sales Director.
