The Tuam Road premises were supplied with True single and double door upright cabinets, prep tables and two salad tables – including one with an over-sized work top – a pizza preparation station and a chest freezer. Less energy use and less run-time lead to lower life-cost and a longer lasting cabinet. The faster pull down time also enhances food safety.
