Foodservice Equipment Marketing has launched the new Sirman Aliseo Convection Oven
All chefs want their food to be cooked consistently and to perfection. The problem with standard ovens is that the temperature can vary, which can result in food being cooked unevenly. Foodservice Equipment Marketing (FEM) has launched the new Sirman Aliseo Convection Oven, which eliminates this variation in cooking temperature.
The Sirman Aliseo Convection Oven uses the latest double-fan technology to maintain a constant, steady oven temperature by circulating air evenly around the oven. Food cooks faster than in conventional ovens and the chef can use all of the oven space, saving both time and energy.
Performance insulation and a double glass door retain heat and save on energy. The internal lighting means food can be monitored without opening the door. The oven also features a programmable timer of up to 120 minutes.
The Sirman Aliseo Convection Oven contains four removable shelves and has a seamless, round-corned chamber for ease of cleaning and maintenance. It is available in two models; the larger model is the Aliseo 4 3.4kW measuring 815 x 690 x 570 mm, with tray dimensions of 600 x 400mm. The smaller model is the Aliseo 2/3 2.25kW measuring 600 x 570 x 515mm, with tray dimensions of 440 x 330mm.
