Wild Pan Short, Wild-Pan Third and Hexagon: FEM expands the Vollrath range of SuperShape gastronom pans
Caterers are always looking for ways to enhance food service displays. With Foodservice Equipment Marketing’s (FEM) SuperShapes, upgrading food presentation is now easier and economic. The SuperShapes offer an attractive alternative to standard rectangular pans and can be used with existing gastronom-compatible displays. With the new expanded range there are now even more ways to enhance food displays on buffet and other service areas.
The new SuperShapes, manufactured by Vollrath, include a curvy Wild Pan, which comes in a choice of sizes, and Hexagon. The new pans are easy to use and, in conjunction with the established SuperShapes, further enhance food displays. With more choice on offer, boring square and rectangle gastronom pans really are a thing of the past!
The new shapes are available in both 65mm and new 100mm depths. The deeper range provides the caterer with an attractive pan that can hold up to twice as much food. All the shapes are made from Vollrath’s 300 series 22 gauge stainless steel and are durable and easy to clean. They can be used for chafer, heated or refrigerated displays.
FEM’s SuperShapes are available in full and half-size units with a selection of covers and lids. They are simple to use and the pans can be easily stored as they stack neatly within themselves. Reinforced edges prevent damage and provide a good seal which reduces temperature loss from the well.
