Hospitality 2011 – CESA Innovation Zone – Jan 24-26, NEC Birmingham
British manufacturer Classeq will launch its new Eau de Vie range in the CESA Innovation Zone at Hospitality 2011. Eau de Vie offers caterers bottled, fresh, still or sparkling, filtered water on site. It is a complete, branded package, from the stylish and attractive ‘front of house’ water dispensers, bottles and flasks to the backroom wash racks, carriers and rack dollies.
Eau de Vie will be available through Classeq’s network of catering equipment distributors.
At the heart of the Eau de Vie package is a special filter system called SilverSix, which removes the impurities that adversely affect the flavour and smell of mains water. The filtered water is then chilled and dispensed through a tap – or taps, if the site offers both still and sparkling Eau de Vie.
“Eau de Vie gives caterers an exclusive, upmarket and stylish bottled water brand,” says Paul Crowley, marketing manager at Classeq. “It’s an eco-friendly option, too: unlike bought-in bottled waters, there are no food miles involved in delivering the product, nor empty bottles to be taken away and processed, which some Councils charge for.”
Classeq is part of the Winterhalter UK group. For information on the Eau de Vie range, including details of your nearest Classeq stockist, call 0844 225 9249, see www.classeq.net or email feedback@classeq.co.uk
