Sterilising sinks are essential in catering establishments where manually cleaned utensils have to be sterilised as well as washed in hand hot water to meet safe and hygienic handling regulations.
WardPark Gardner supplies a range of sterilising sinks that are available with different bowl sizes depending on customer requirements. The gas or electrically heated sterilisers provide optimum sanitising temperatures from between 85 to 194 degrees Centigrade and are suitable for heavy duty catering and industrial kitchens.
The unit comprises a sink for a soapy wash and a separate sink for the sterilising rinse, as well as a draining area, undershelf and steriliser. Manufactured from high grade stainless steel the sinks have all-welded frames for strength. There are adjustable leveling feet to simplify installation and ensure good drainage, while the undershelf is easily removable for thorough cleaning.
