The V Carv units are completely self-contained – an instant carvery on wheels. They have two heated carving pads with holding spikes, heated bain marie above a generous, heated storage cupboard, as well as a heated plate lowerator to hold the plates at the correct serving temperature. All the caterer has to do is plug it into a nearby standard 13Amp socket – no special wiring is required.
The V Carv carvery is fully mobile, four semi-obscured, heavy-duty, lockable casters ensure both manoeuvrability and stability, so it can be easily moved and stored away when not needed.
