This is a compact and dedicated hood that sits on top of the SelfCooking Center, extracting and treating fumes and condensing the steam, removing heat and returning the water to the drain. Where the SelfCooking Center is the main or only cooking unit UltraVent can remove the need for a dedicated extraction system altogether. It saves space and installation costs, makes the working environment more pleasant and reduces or eliminates unwanted smells from the cooking process.
