CESA, the Catering Equipment Suppliers Association, is organising UK Pavilions in three major overseas trade shows next year. These shows are fantastic opportunities for British manufacturers to showcase their products to a worldwide market.

Firstly there is Gulfood in the Dubai International Exhibition Centre, UAE, from 8 – 12 February 2015. This is recognised as the world’s biggest catering show. Also in February 2015, from 19 – 21, is The NAFEM Show in the Anaheim Convention Centre, California, which offers exhibitors a great introduction to the US foodservice and equipment manufacturers sector. Finally, 6 – 9 May 2015 sees Hofex, held in the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, an excellent platform for the vibrant far east hospitality industry.
As well as taking on responsibility for pre-show administration, CESA will be on hand during the show to offer advice and networking opportunities. CESA aims to make exhibiting as easy as possible for companies choosing to book under its umbrella and is looking at any grants that might be available to companies, especially first-time exhibitors, to make sure that no-one misses out on the chance to participate.
