Rational Launches New CombiFry®: The ‘Win, Win, Win, Win, Win’ Way To Cook Fried Foods Rational will launch the latest version of its CombiFry at Hotelympia 2010. CombiFry is a specially designed gastronorm container that allows chefs to prepare perfectly ‘fried’ foods in the Rational SelfCooking Center – without the need for oil.
