8000 Mile Delivery Trip

WareWashers send Classeq Eco 2 to Victory Bar in the Falkland Islands

The Classeq Eco 2 cleans up in the Falklands A Classeq Eco 2 has just made an epic trip across the world to keep customers at the Victory Bar in the Falkland Islands well supplied with clean glasses for their pints.

“We sell a lot of Classeq machines,” says Simon Critchett of WareWashers. “They are excellently priced, British-built and extremely reliable. However, The Victory Bar in the Falkland Islands is certainly the furthest we’ve ever sent a piece of equipment. It just shows the power of the internet.”

When Ally Jacobson of the Victory Bar in the Falklands needed a new glasswasher he decided to fly the flag and buy British, choosing the Classeq Eco 2 to sit under his bar counter. A Google search led Jacobson to www.warewashers.co.uk in Dover, Kent. Once he’d clicked the ‘buy button’ he rang to arrange delivery details and tap into WareWashers’ expertise.

“As the machine was going so far we wanted to check that he was making the correct choice for his requirements,” says Critchett. “The Eco 2 ticks all the right boxes for someone wanting value for money.”

The Eco 2 is also easy to install, so Jacobson was able to get it up and running himself. It’s a long way to send out an engineer to troubleshoot but staff at WareWashers are available at the end of the phone line with advice should it be necessary.

With a two minute wash time, 400mm basket, full filter system and integral chemical dispensers the Eco 2 can wash 480 pint glasses per hour.
