Five new ranges promise to take ice production to the next level

Scotsman will be launching its new generation of ice machines at this year’s HOST show in Milan. This includes four new machines designed to meet both the highest levels of efficiency and the evolving needs of the hospitality industry.
The launch includes the new EXS range. This makes Scotsman’s first ever square gourmet ice cube, with the same pure, clear ice that have made the established curved gourmet supercubes the top choice of many of the best bars and restaurants in the world. For operators who yearn for a square gourmet cube, the EXG provides the answer, with ice that’s slow to melt, so it doesn’t dilute drinks, and is sparkling clear, helping to make a perfect presentation for high quality liquors, cocktails and other drinks.
Scotsman will also be launching the AXG and EXG ranges, the latest icemakers producing curved gourmet supercubes. These include a fully redesigned freezing system integrating cutting edge technology that helps to improve energy efficiency and simplify maintenance while guaranteeing consistent production of crystal clear gourmet ice.
The NXW dice ice series has been designed for locations which need fast production and consistent performance, such as quick service restaurants. Its fast cooling ensures that even the busiest locations will be able to keep up with demand with versatile dice ice cubes.
Finally, Scotsman is launching the DXN Infinity, which is an Endless Ice dispenser. This compact unit is capable of continuous production and can operate fully touch free, enhancing both convenience and hygiene in self service operations. It makes nugget ice, ideal for use in quick service locations and any sites that need large capacities of ice but only have limited space. It can also be used as a chilled water dispenser.
Visitors to Host will get a chance to experience these new ranges up close and personal at the Scotsman stand, which can be found in Pavillion 20, stand E04.
