There are over a hundred in the summer months in the UK alone and the festival environment is seen as a good place to advertise. Sizes range from the small 3.8m x 2.8m kitchen with a serving hatch and enough space for two chefs to work alongside each other to the large 8.6m x 2.8m module for up to six chefs. CKS also supply storage units and washing-up facilities complete with rack dishwashers.
