Classeq’s Hydro 857 pass-though dishwasher has impressive performance stats – the 500mm rack holds 18 full-size plates at a time and with a cycle time of 1.5 or 3 minutes that means it can wash a maximum of 40 racks or 720 plates per hour.

Designed for simplicity of use and the ultimate in hygiene, the Hydro 857 has clear controls and an integral chemical dosing dispenser. The folded, stainless-steel wash tank improves machine hygiene and makes it easier and quicker to clean. The Hydro 857’s type-A air-gap meets with water board regulations and prevents backflow problems.
A hood-activated auto-cycle start frees up the operator to get on with other tasks and a continuous hood cleaning system keeps the hood scrupulously hygienic at all times. Automatic self drain and clean down programmes mean no soiled water is left in the wash or rinse tanks when the shift is finished.
To bring down running costs a filter system keeps wash water cleaner for longer, so there are fewer water changes, cleaner plates and lower fuel bills than with other similar machines. Measuring just 630mm wide and 720mm deep, with a height of 1940mm with the hood open (1520mm closed), the Hydro 857 is suitable for in-line or corner installation giving more design options for wash area layout.
