Association calls on members to voice their concerns before January 30th meeting

The UK needs 200,000 new engineers every year to close the skills gap. As Lord Trefgarne says, “There is a lot of work to do.”
The meeting will look at how both CESA, as an organisation representing over 190 SMEs, and SEMTA, an employer-led skills expert body, can work more closely with the Minister’s team to shape skills strategies.
CESA is urging its members to contact the CESA Secretariat to voice their skills gap concerns, ideas, opinions and experiences as soon as possible, so that they can be included in the discussions on January 30th.
Members can contact the Secretariat by email, jocelyn.carr@cesa.org.uk, or by phone, 020 7793 3030.
