FEM Introduces the Prince Castle NCG9 Flat MultiFlex Contact Grill

Designed to meet the demands of busy sites, the NCG9 switches between a fully flat griddle and a top-heated contact grill, allowing chefs increased versatility.
The NCG9 has a ‘top heater off’ mode, which instantly transforms the unit into a flat-surface griddle for traditional grill cooking. When the top heater is in use, the grill provides excellent top-surface cooking performance, enabling operators to prepare paninis, BLTs, grilled cheese sandwiches and other similar items quickly and evenly. The grill also delivers consistent heat distribution and fast recovery, even during peak service.
For added flexibility the top plate temperatures operate independently from the bottom one. In addition, the top plates are perfectly aligned parallel to the bottom plate, ensuring reliable, even grilling—especially for thicker sandwiches and stacked items.
Built with durability in mind, the NCG9 incorporates a heavy-duty torsion spring that ensures smooth and reliable opening and closing. To simplify cleaning, the unit includes an easy-access catch tray and has no hidden grooves and crevices, allowing operators to maintain high hygiene standards with minimal effort.
The NCG9 is part of Prince Castle’s range of contact grills available in several plate configurations to meet varying menu styles and kitchen setups. The range includes top and bottom ribbed plates, top and bottom flat plates, or one flat and one ribbed plate.
The NCG9 grill has a power of 2.8 kW and measures 320mm wide by 470mm deep and 559mm high, making it ideal for kitchens seeking maximum performance within limited space. It is supplied with a one year parts and labour warranty.
