Pujadas heat lamps and shades from FEM smarten up the service area
Front-of-house food display areas call for attractive equipment that adds to the ambience while keeping food in tip top condition. To fulfil these requirements FEM (Foodservice Equipment Marketing) has introduced a new range of Pujadas heat lamps and shades that keep hot food warm and fresh during service while raising the appeal of menu items. They are efficient and effective, creating consistent, targeted heat to maintain hot serving temperatures.
Ideal for both front-of-house and back-of-house, all the Pujadas lamps and shades are supplied with a white Phillips bulb, which means they are ready for use straight away. The new range includes both hanging heat lamps and countertop models in a choice of single, double and triple versions with a variety of base designs. All are easy to use with a convenient on/off switch.
The hanging lamps are available in four designs of shade, a rounded retro shape and a modern wide cone, a classic bell shape and a compact minimal drop. There are choices of warm 100% copper, anodised matt black, shiny chrome, matt black or space grey depending on the shade shape, thus providing options to suit most decors and branding. Manufactured from robust stainless steel, the shades are built to last and the extendable cord, with a range from 750 to 1900mm, provides flexibility in siting.
The upright countertop lamps have a choice of round, square, and larger heavy marble bases. The shade shapes and colours include chrome, copper and anodised steel. They are a stunning option for front of house presentations, with adjustable flexible necks, and can be easily moved to wherever needed.
There are also alternative countertop heat lamps, which have more open sturdy, cantilever type construction so they can be positioned directly over trays keeping food in perfect condition. These are durable stainless steel lamps with solid steel bases. Colours are chrome and matt black.
