Kayleigh will be part of the team that helps to manage and answer customer enquiries, providing clear information about FEM’s range of products and helping to identify the best equipment to meet their needs.  She’ll liaise with different departments within FEM to ensure a smooth sales process as well as handling complaints.

Meanwhile, Robbie Makan is joining FEM from his previous job as catering engineer at another Glasgow firm, WD Catering Solutions, which is one of FEM’s service partners. As a service technician, he will be installing new equipment, as well as maintaining and repairing existing equipment and providing technical support for subcontractors and end users. Outside of work, Robbie is a father of a two-year-old daughter and is into fitness, training and watching football.

Both Kayleigh and Robbie are anticipating the opportunities to develop their skills working at FEM will provide. “FEM has a strong reputation for innovation and growth, and I’m looking forward to being part of a team that contributes to impactful work,” says Kayleigh.

Robbie’s prior experience of working with FEM at WD Catering Solutions has him excited at the new challenges he’ll be faced with. “I’ve always had a good rapport with the team at FEM and it’ll be good to add to my skills and knowledge at the company while developing my career,” he says.
