New Sirman vertical vacuum packer now available from FEM
FEM (Foodservice Equipment Marketing) has launched the Sirman vertical vacuum packer, a compact machine ideal for liquids, granulates and powders. Perfect for use in bars or as a second machine, the new Sirman vertical vacuum packer is ideal for sites that want to vacuum and store all kinds of fresh juices and extracts ready for use. It provides a simple way to lock in flavour and freshness, offering the convenience of batch preparation with the oomph of freshly prepared drinks. It’s great in bars where it can be used for takeaway cocktails or mocktails.
With a sealing bar of 310mm the Sirman vertical packer can handle a maximum bag size of 300 x 350mm capable of holding 3 litres of liquid or powders. The tank has transparent sides to offer perfect visibility, while the side panels can be easily and completely removed without tools for easy and thorough cleaning.
Simple to operate with touch controls, the vacuum packer also has niches on its profile for ease of moving. Measuring 396 (w) x 416 (d) x 300 (h)mm the machine is supplied with a one-year back to base parts and labour warranty.
