Rebrand underlines expansion of service provider’s provision
HTG Service is the new name for Taylor Service. The rebrand is designed to underline the wide range of products HTG Service can cover, including coffee machines, icemakers and grills – as well as the company’s famous Taylor soft serve ice cream machines.
This is more than just a name change, however. HTG Service is aiming to offer a package of services that go beyond the market standard. Its team of fully qualified and accredited engineers provide nationwide coverage 364 days a year, on a large and ever-increasing range of products and brands. The in-house customer service and support team manages the phones and email seven days a week.
The company offers a wide choice of service support, ranging from comprehensive PPM (Planed Preventative Maintenance) contracts to reactive emergency service calls. It can provide extended warranties as well as a quarterly consumables supply service, and maintains a large stock of genuine OEM spare parts and accessories.
HTG Service also has a workshop refurbishment team, which offers a range of services from steam cleaning to a complete machine overhaul – all designed to extend the operational life of the appliance. Currently the team works on a variety of products previously sold by Taylor UK or Hubbard Systems, and the refurbishment usually starts with an on-site survey to assess the condition of the appliance and the viability of the process.
