Discover the latest trends in foodservice at the 2018 Light Equipment & Tableware forum

Tuesday 22nd May – Wednesday 23rd May 2018, Whittlebury Hall Hotel, Whittlebury, Northamptonshire, NN12 8QH

Keeping your finger on the pulse with new trends in foodservice can be difficult. One of the best ways for dealers to discover the latest concepts and ideas is to attend CESA’s LET forum, which gives sales staff the opportunity to meet with leading light equipment and tableware suppliers and get free product training on the latest styles and most innovative gadgets, as well as overnight accommodation at Whittlebury Hall and free attendance at the networking dinner.

Last year’s Forum played host to nearly 100 delegates representing 25 distributors, with 19 suppliers demonstrating their latest launches. The Forum is conducted in a similar format to speed dating, with groups of delegates spending time with each exhibitor company, allowing them to get in-depth information and insight about new products.

This year’s Forum is the fifteenth and will be held at The Whittlebury Hall Hotel. It will play host to twenty exhibitors. Delegates attend for free, with their ticket including overnight accommodation and attendance at the LET awards dinner. The awards include the Distributor’s Cup, the Sales Professional of the Year and the Donald Bird Award, which commemorates significant contributions to light equipment and tableware.

“Last year, the trends we saw included advanced kitchen equipment and a diverse range of unique tableware styles,” says Stephen Goodliff, the chair of the CESA LET Group. “In an industry where operators are always looking for the next big thing, the Forum is a great way for sales people to discover the products that will help their customers stand out from the crowd.”

The LET Forum is open to dealers and distributors who are selling light equipment and tableware to foodservice operators.  Tickets are free, but strictly limited.  To book spaces please contact Jocelyn Carr at CESA on 020 7793 3029 or email jocelyn.carr@cesa.org.ukAlternatively fill in the online form here.
