FEM had a smoking show at Hotelympia 2014

Dushan Lukovic, FEM’s Executive Chef, and Nic Tsikis, Alto-Shaam’s Executive Chef, put the equipment through its paces in their live on-stand cooking demos. Producing tasters such as smoked salmon, mussels and smoked ribs for the waiting crowds to enjoy.
The Alto-Shaam Combitherm CT Express attracted lots of interest in the Innovation Awards display area at the heart of the show. The space-saving, multi-functional CT is the first combi steamer with integrated catalytic converter to tackle unwanted fumes and steam by “scrubbing” the airstream, without the need for additional ventilation or hoods. Using variable steam, convection heat or both, the CT Express Combitherm roasts, steams, bakes and oven-fries 70% faster than conventional cooking methods.
Distributed in the UK and Ireland by FEM, the Alto-Shaam range includes cook and hold ovens, smokers, Combitherm combi steamers, convection ovens, heated holding cabinets and drawers and merchandising and display cases.
