I managed to get round the Norwich 100 bike ride in under eight hours (the certificate says). It was a lovely day but a bit hot… not to mention the breeze (force 8 headwind, well, almost) at the coast. People say Norfolk is flat. I say, send those fraudsters out on a bike. 
Thanks to all those who sponsored me. You’ll be pleased to know I didn’t need the British Heart Foundation’s services at the end of the ride. Though the last 30 miles were a killer. Thank goodness for the Coltishall Post Office’s supply of Magnum Whites. The free half of Southwold once it was over (kindly provided by Adnams) was much appreciated, too.
