Ice machines are an essential piece of kit behind any bar. Classeq Ice-O-Matic ICE series undercounter models have integral storage bins keeping ice ready for when it is required. The front venting air intake and exhaust allow for installation in the tightest of spaces, since they don’t need a gap at the side of the machine – making the ICE series perfect for back bar use.
Production capacities of the Classeq Ice-O-Matic undercounter range run from 19kg up to 118kg a day, with integral storage of up to 51kgs. The smallest undercounter unit is the ICEU35 (334mm (w) x 599mm (h) x 457mm) which stores up to 6.5kg of ice in it’s storage bin. The smaller Ice-O-Matic undercounter ice machines utilize spray technology to produce long-lasting, crystal clear thimble-shaped ice, a welcome addition to any drink because they look great and last longer.
The larger ICE series undercounter units (ICEU225 and ICEU305) are available as half cube or full cube machines. Half cube ice is a versatile type of ice, perfect if you only have space for one machine. Half cube ice is particularily suitable for use in blenders and mixers, as it breaks down easily without damaging the blades. The blender-friendliness of the ice makes it ideal for keeping up with the growing smoothie and iced drinks market.
The Ice-O-Matic machines are hygienic and easy to keep clean with removable key parts and AgION antibacterial compound, which reduces the growth of harmful bacteria and maintains food safety between cleaning cycles.
