The TM is a versatile vegetable processor capable of preparing up to 220kg of fresh vegetables per hour. The TM can also be used to prepare fruit and other foods, the specially-designed feeding system even makes it easy to process soft products like mozzarella cheese.
Thanks to its compact counter-top design the machine is quick to install in any kitchen. Simple electronic push-button operation makes the TM Vegetable Processor straightforward to operate and very user-friendly.
The TM comes complete with a starter set of 4 discs providing a number of chopping and slicing options, and a disc storage basket. A wider-range of discs is available including specialist slicers, graters, dicers and bacon cutters.
A heavy-duty, ventilated, 515W (0.7hp) motor enables the machine to be used continuously without overheating, driving the discs to rotate and chop at 300 rpm. The TM also has a number of safety functions to protect both the user and the machine, such as interlock switches, that prevent the processor from starting if they are not fully in place, and an automatic motor cut-out when the lever is lifted.
Sirman’s TM is constructed from robust aluminium alloy and stainless-steel which makes it easy to keep clean and able to withstand the toughest of kitchen environments.
