To minimise heat loss the cabinets have self-closing doors while forced-air cooling enables faster temperature recovery once the doors are shut again. An external temperature display means there is no need to open the doors to check the temperature and electronic controls ensure the temperature can be adjusted and set accurately for optimum ‘serve’ temperature. The doors are lockable for security.
The coolers are easy to install – factory pre-set temperatures mean no set up is required, users can simply ‘plug and play’. Not all bottles are a standard size and Lec has allowed for this by designing in adjustable chrome shelving. Internal illumination makes sure the bottles are displayed attractively to maximise sales potential.
