Classeq’s Hydro range re-engineered for ease of use

Classeq’s Hydro range – simply washes simply

Hydro 950 from Classeq Classeq has re-engineered its Hydro range of pass through dishwashers to make them not only easy to use and easy to maintain but also to be easy on the pocket when it comes to long term running costs.

Classeq have switched away from electronic controls and pcbs and back to all mechanical components. This means the machines are not only reliable, but also cheaper to produce and much cheaper to service and repair.

“After talking to service engineers we found they prefer fixing purely mechanical components rather than replacing expensive electronic units,” says Gary Jones of Classeq. “We decided to re-design the Hydro range to take account of this so customers can enjoy the resulting cost savings.”

The Hydro range is extremely easy to run as well. Its simple controls require minimal staff training – all that’s needed is a button push to set the machine in motion. An ‘Auto Start’ saves time by turning on the wash programme as soon as the Hydro’s hood is closed.

Cleaning is often an issue with dishwashers but Classeq have taken care of this by introducing an auto-drain and continuous self-cleaning hood programme. Both these programmes ensure that the interior always meets maximum hygiene requirements – the self-cleaning hood programme keeps the interior spotlessly clean at all times and the self-draining facility pumps out all the dirty water from the machine at the end of the day.

As well as being designed for ease of use, the Hydro dishwashers are fast. With wash cycle times from one and a half to three minutes, they can process up to forty 500 x 500mm racks per hour – that’s 720 dinner plates every 60 minutes.
The Hydros comply with all current water regulations and are backed by a full 12 month parts and labour warranty.
